Immune Simulator's core gameplay revolves around cards — weapons, medical supplies, food, and intel, each one a lifeline in a city overrun by the infected. Manage your action points, health, and inventory, balancing close-quarters combat with resource management as you fight to survive in a world where infection spreads by the hour.
