🕒 We expect Abyss: New Dawn to remain in Early Access for 12 to 18 months, depending on community feedback and development progress. During this period, we will continuously update new content, refine gameplay, and expand the world according to our planned roadmap.

The full version is planned to expand significantly beyond the current Early Access build.

We aim to introduce:
• A deeper and more structured quest system, with expanded NPC roles and more meaningful missions.
• Additional worlds and regions connected to the Abyss, each with unique challenges and discoveries.
• Improved co-op and multiplayer features, allowing players to explore and survive together more smoothly.

Our goal is to gradually shape Abyss: New Dawn into a richer survival–exploration experience based on player feedback and ongoing development.

• A starting region and multiple Abyss world layers, including Titanholm (Phase 2), available for exploration.
• Core combat and crafting systems – fight enemies, craft gear, and survive.
• LAN co-op – play solo or with friends.
• Base building and creature taming mechanics to support long-term survival.

Additional regions, quests, and systems are actively being developed and will be introduced gradually throughout Early Access.

🛠️ Yes, the price will increase when the game leaves Early Access. Currently, Abyss: New Dawn is available at a discounted price during Early Access. Once the full version is released, the price will be adjusted to reflect the expanded content and features.

Abyss: New Dawn – Roadmap Toward Version 1.0

I don't want to draw up a pretty roadmap and then fail to deliver on it.

So here's what I'm actually working on, until this game is everything it should be.

Phase 1 – Clean Up

Early Access means bugs. I know. You know. First things first - clear out whatever's getting in the way of just playing the game. Performance, stability, the moments that make you want to close the game and walk away. Crafting, inventory, progression - the things you touch every single day - will be revisited and improved.

Goal: Stop making you frustrated.

Phase 2 – Finish What I Started

I'm not planning to turn Abyss into an endless game with new content every month. I had a vision from the beginning — and 1.0 is when that vision gets fully realized, nothing more, nothing less.

Goal: When you finish the game, you feel something. Not emptiness.

Phase 3 – Listen

Not every piece of feedback is right. But there are things only you can see. UI that's hard to read. Mechanics that confuse. Small moments that break the flow. I'll fix those.

Goal: Respect the time of everyone who chose to stay.

All in-game content and artworks are reviewed, edited, and finalized by the developer. The game does not use AI to generate or modify content during gameplay.
