“Early Access is planned to last until end of 2024.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In addition to the single player AI game mode we plan to add several other components over the next months:

- A properly working network queue system and dedicated servers for online battles
- Different game modes with different rule sets. Some game modes might even be story driven.
- An overall better AI to fight against in single player mode
- More visual art and an overall more polished look

Some of these features may already be added during early access for testing purposes.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version of early access contains a single player experience.
Oil Sheik alpha is a 4-player strategic board game. A human player plays against 3 AI opponents.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The early access version of the game is free. After early access we plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features. Nothing is set to stone yet. It can either be in-game purchases or a game-pass to access the online servers or just a one time game price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The most important part is to get feedback. Any comments positive or negative are greatly appreciated. Feedback will be the most helpful if the proposition of a solution is also given.
