Splurge

You and up to 7 of your friends must battle it out to become the ultimate splurge-lord. Fill up your tiles and splurge them in order to spread your colour and eliminate every other player. Watch out though, as after too long, the map will start to shrink. Happy splurging!

為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Early access allows for greater community involvement during the development process of the game. I am able to much more easily collect feedback (such as what is currently doing well in the game, what needs to be changed/removed, any other community ideas, etc.) in order to streamline the creation of the game.」

「The game will probably only be in early access for a maximum of 6 months, but this number is subject to change.」

「Features that I plan on adding that are potentially going to be implemented in future updates as the game moves through early access:

More map types (mega-splurge, maze map, etc.)
Map modifiers (fog of war, blind mode, etc.)
Powerups to change the way the game is played (this will be an option that the host can toggle)
4-player local multiplayer
Different map variants with unique features (eg. an island map with rising tides)
AI players which can be added to multiplayer lobbies or played with solo
Solo campaign/trials for unlocking powerups/maps

「The game is in its earliest build, however it is currently in a fully playable and stable state, albeit without the extra features I intend on adding. The current build contains five map types. See the store page description for more details.」

關於此遊戲

Splurge is a multiplayer strategy game where up to 8 players play on an online board and the only goal is to be the last player remaining. Select a colour and splurge all over the place to dominate your friends! Place on a blank tile to claim it, and fill it up to immediately claim all tiles adjacent to it, but watch out as your friends can do the same. Will you survive the splurge purge?

How to play:
Each player takes turns filling in a cell on a tile with their colour. Once a tile has all of its cells full, it explodes, or 'splurges', spreading your colour into any neighbouring tiles. This can claim unclaimed tiles, or ones already claimed by your friends, and can create long splurge chains! Last splurger remaining wins.
