Inferni: Hope & Fear is a unique realtime combination of deck builder and last-team-standing combat.

1. Drag cards from your hand into the world.
   
2. Cards become powerful spells that travel the world.
   
3. Draft new cards to refine your deck.
   
4. Battle alongside your teammate to eliminate every opponent.
   
5. Last team standing wins.

There are currently five characters to choose from:

• The Hunter is a classic glass cannon. Powerful, yet fragile.
  
• The Leather Man likes pain and is strongest when low on life.
  
• Madame Futura’s spells are all about control.
  
• Panacea is a healer of any ailment.
  
• Trickster Demon excels at derailing strategy through hand disruption.

Drafting sees you pick new cards mid-game, letting you dynamically react to the strategies of your opponents. Build deadly decks and be prepared to answer your opponents’ cards, in a true evolution of card battlers.



Battle alongside friends and strangers in duos combat. Work together to protect, share cards, heal and revive each other. Inferni is built to be played together… Against the world.

Become a Wayward Soul, powerful beings who have discovered, nurtured or stolen the power of magic. Use the energies of light and dark as you fight for the World Seed, the key to creation itself, in the Arena of Chaos.

Inferni is set in the aftermath of the collapse of The Realm of Order. Souls of our world sucked into the chaotic otherside. Floating around, lost. Until The Master selected the brightest and most willful souls to become their Waywards.

Some of our artwork is placeholder AI. We have decided to use AI art to allow us to quickly test cards and features that are rapidly changing. We consider AI art as a development tool and not as a substitute for talented artists. We respect the concerns the community has about the use of AI artwork and plan to remove all AI art from the game as cards and features become locked. This means AI art will be removed iteratively during Early Access, with Village Studio committed to it being completely removed by full launch.
