Welcome to Fable Hospital! Enter a world of hospital management like you've never seen before. In this hilarious and satirical medieval simulation, you'll run your own hospital filled with eccentric characters, implausible diseases, and unique challenges.




Manage your medieval hospital and ensure it runs like a well-oiled machine, or at least well enough for patients to survive… most of the time.




Recruit and manage a cast of colorful characters, from the sinister Plague Doctor to the absent-minded Mad Engineer. Each employee has their own set of skills and... quirks.




Treat patients with diseases that defy all logic, from "Lycanthropy" to "Unicorn Syndrome." Each diagnosis is more absurd than the last!




Step outside the hospital and venture into the countryside to gather herbs, minerals, and other essential resources. Your hospital won't stock itself!




Use alchemy and magic to research new cures and technologies. Unlock upgrades that make your hospital more efficient and hopefully less prone to fires.




Enjoy dialogues and situations filled with satirical humor. From employees who prefer to have a beer instead of working, to nuns who secretly adore parties, every moment is full of laughs.
