About This Game

Agecraft is a real-time city-building strategy game spanning multiple historical epochs. Start with a small prehistoric community and grow it into a world power that reaches the stars.

Manage a real population where every citizen needs a home and a job. Build an economy based on physical logistics with resources produced, stored, and hauled where they’re needed. Trade with neighboring settlements, build alliances, or wage war for control of their regions.

BUILD THROUGH HISTORY

Progress through the Stone and Bronze Ages, Antiquity, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Industrial Age, the Modern era, and beyond. Each age introduces new technologies, materials, buildings, production chains, infrastructure, and military capabilities.

Your state changes along the way. Choose new leaders, peoples, and forms of government as you decide what kind of civilization it will become.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE

Every citizen has a job, a home, health, and needs of their own. They need food, water, warmth, clothing, and medical care. Seasons set the deadline and force you to plant, harvest, and stockpile to have enough when winter comes. The bigger the settlement, the more mouths you have to feed.

MANAGE CITY LAYOUT AND ECONOMY

The economy runs on physical logistics. Your people gather, process, and deliver resources between workshops and farms on your land. The placement of warehouses and roads decides the efficiency of your entire settlement. Poor planning can create bottlenecks that will destabilize your entire economy.

DEAL WITH NEIGHBORS

Other settlements grow alongside yours across the surrounding regions. Trade with your neighbors, exchange gifts, strike deals, wage war, make peace, or convince them to join your state. Trust and fear shape every relationship, and what you do will be remembered for generations.

SEND YOUR PEOPLE TO WAR

Your armies are made up of people living in your settlements. Send them to defend your territory, raid your enemies, or conquer new regions. Plan campaigns on the strategic map, then give your troops tactical orders in 3D battles. Every soldier you recruit is a worker pulled from the economy, and every casualty is a citizen you lose.
