„The game in its current state welcomes you to explore the mysteries of the first four islands, implemented in full. This includes the planned key features, delivered in final quality: farming, exploration, survival and decoration. The islands thus provide for a complete gameplay experience in near-finished quality, with systems, challenges and mechanics implemented.”

Once the game is released as finished, the price will reflect the scale and contents at that stage, and it will certainly be marked up for new buyers.
