The developers describe the content like this:

Game contains sexual acts such as: heterosexual and lesbian sex, masturbation, sex acts under the influence of spells and drugs.
Sex fetishes in game include: anal sex, oral sex, cheating, feet, fingering, tentacles, humiliation, skin laceration, futanari.
Futanari content is optional and needs to be enabled in options.
Consent is given or implied in all cases but some scenes feature sex under the influence of "charm" from supernatural creatures or light drug usage that could influence the ability to give proper consent.
Game also contains occasional non-sexual violence: physical assault, blood and dead bodies shown at certain moments for narrative purposes only. No such violent content is connected to or present during sex scenes.

About This Content

The Black Dawn DLC adds 3 new romance options into the game:


Vadoma - a mysterious Roma traveller



Petra - a strict head maid



Liliana - a kind-hearted mother-to-be, previously in the game only as a secondary NPC.


Each of them comes with a unique side story that runs parallel to the game's main story, but can occasionally influence it.

On top that, the DLC also adds additional sex scenes for existing love interests as well as other juicy content!
