Miksi Early Access?

Understand the actual needs and opinions of players for the game through early access, so as to improve the game in a direction closer to the needs of players during the completion of the official version. This helps improve the quality of the game and player satisfaction.

It is roughly estimated that it will take about 1-2 years to reach the official 1.0 version, I'll be collecting feedback from players, optimizing and updating the game.

In the future development plan, I hope to realize various architectural functions, military instructions, local specialties and so on, which are currently being perfected in the near future.
There are also some long-term plans: such as terrain features, trading system, patrol system, workshop system, technology tree, official growth system and so on.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current early access version has completed the big frame features of the game:
1) Can carry out major national decrees and adjust the structure of the country.
2. Architectural aspects: The framework of palace construction, local construction and national buildings has been completed, and the related contents of these buildings will continue to be enriched.
3. In terms of art, compared with the previous beta version, all the vertical drawings of concubines, official vertical drawings, main scenes and so on have been redrawn, and UI has also been optimized in terms of art compared with the beta version. See the game screenshots for details.
4. The current version of the administrative system has increased the division of provincial levels, which can be done according to the wishes of players, and each provincial government can set up a Shi and a general.
5. The alchemy function has been basically completed, and various medicines can be developed to achieve the purpose of eliminating diseases and disasters, enhancing ability, breeding offspring and increasing life span.

Game Introduction

The Emperor and the State is a simulation game that combines elements of strategy, management, development, and collection. Players will portray ancient Chinese monarchs, governing the country, collecting renowned ministers and consorts from various eras, nurturing descendants, and ultimately building an enduring empire through generations.



Conduct court sessions, handle memorials, and set national policies. The State includes over 20 different Indicators that interdepend and influence each other. By adjusting the relationships between these Indicators, stabilize and promote the development of the nation.


Issue decrees, contemplate strategies, appoint officials, and enforce decrees. Decrees are categorized into seven major types, requiring issuance by the Secretaries of the six Ministry: Personnel, Revenue, Rites, Military, Punishment, and Public Works, as well as the Prime Minister. These decrees contribute to the governance and development of the nation, with most requiring cooperation between the Emperor and ministers through policy proposals.


Making distant friends while attacking nearby in diplomacy. Send envoys to other countries, establish trade relationships, or initiate wars...


Train soldiers, prepare military supplies. When the time is right, seize cities and conquer territories. Influence the course of war by issuing military commands.



Promote education, advance imperial examinations, and gather talented ministers. Through the annual imperial exams and additional special exams, collect historically outstanding ministers and employ them according to their abilities.



The Emperor possesses four attributes: governance, benevolence, valor, and talent. Engage in self-cultivation within various facilities in the imperial palace to enhance corresponding attributes. The Emperor's personal attributes greatly influence the efficiency of governance; therefore, properly schedule daily activities to exercise and improve oneself.



Gather beauties, bestow favor in the six palaces, and enjoy worldly splendor. Confer titles in the harem, bear imperial heirs, and relax to increase efficiency in other matters.



The Emperor is also mortal, and life has its limits. Choose the most talented prince in advance and focus on their cultivation. After the current Emperor's passing, the imperial heir will ascend the throne, and the game will continue! Through generations of inheritance, create your everlasting empire.
