Even though we have a clear idea of what this game should be, giving freedom to the creative process can change it in drastic ways and maybe alter the end result all together. «The goal is to make a survival game with an end game in mind. There are three main aspects of the game planned: survival, base building, adventure.
Survival is supposed to allow for drastically different ways of surviving depending on the island the player is on. Each island has an abundance or scarcity of different resources and it's up to the player to manage that and come up with their own playing style. In reality, people have found many creative ways to survive even the harshest environments and we want our game to reflect that.
Base building is planned to be modular and allow the player to decide what a particular part is going to be used for.
Adventure includes the story and end game; the player's goal is to find a way to leave the archipelago and return home. Both exploration and many secrets propel the story forward and bring the player closer to escape.»

«The current version is mostly just the survival parts of the game with some adventure aspects. Please refer to the "About This" section for a more detailed list of currently implemented features. It will be updated regularly as development of the game progresses.»
