Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« Stoneguard is a game developed by a tiny team of 2. It has been a lot of work but there is still much more to do to make it a great experience, which we will be able to achieve with enough time.
By having the game in Early Access we hope that the players will provide us with their invaluable feedback.
Not only do we want to make a game we love, but also a game that you love and that you want to play! »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« After the Early Access release, we hope to finish the game within 6 to 12 months.
But this will also depend on the community's feedback. Because if bigger changes are needed, this may take longer. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« We’re planning on releasing regular updates until the game’s full version is released. These updates will include, but aren’t limited to:
  • More monsters
  • More bosses
  • More buildings and building upgrades
  • More hours of new gameplay on every major update
  • More unique monster equipment
  • More siege weapons
  • More character customisation options
  • Difficulty options
  • A complete story
  • Better AI
  • A polished tutorial
And last but not least the changes and the additions suggested by the community! »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« Currently the game has all the main core functions that the full release will have, but with less content overall. You will still be able to enjoy the game as it has a natural replayability to it. The initial Early Access version will consist of the gameplay up until the first major boss. As well as an endless mode that increases in difficulty. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« Yes, Early Access has less content and so that is reflected in its price. The full release will be more expensive. Buying the Early Access version will give you full access to the full release version. »

« As we work on the game and continue its development in Early Access, your feedback on our Steam forums and social media pages will be a valuable source of feedback for us. We want to have the most direct connection to our players as possible, and so will be taking note of player feedback regularly and implementing it into the game.

Stoneguard is an immersive strategy game set in a grim medieval apocalypse, where you must defend the magical Lifestone. 

Protect the Lifestone

You start with nothing but the will to survive in an apocalyptic world. You protect humanity's only source of magic, the lifestone, from falling into the wrong hands. To defend the last glimpse of hope: Craft walls, build towers and fortify.

Experience Traumatic Injuries & Gruesome Encounters

Accurate weapon tracing detects which body part has been hit. You must be tactful in combat to protect your vital limbs and choose which parts of your enemies to sever. Every lost limb carries severe consequences, hindering your performance in both battle and daily survival. But as long as the Lifestone is protected, there are ways to heal your battle wounds.

Craft with the Remains of Monsters

Strategize your defenses before nightfall, then command and fight alongside your survivors in battle. Issue orders amid the chaos as you face five distinct boss encounters, each summoning new hordes of enemies. Craft and research powerful weapons forged from the limbs of your fallen enemies.

Basebuilding and Resource Management

Hunt and gather resources from the world around you, recruit survivors to join your settlement, and work together to gather, craft, and build. Expand your community with housing, farms, workshops, and more as you create a thriving community amid the apocalypse.

A Unique and Immersive Strategy Game

Experience a strategy game from a third person point of view, with a dynamic day and night cycle which aligns with the three phases of gameplay; day time, preparation phase, and night time.
