“The current version of Chernobyl: Simulator is fully playable and stands on its own, but it represents the foundation rather than the ceiling. Currently, one of the three operating pults is complete — with the remaining two, VIUB and VIUT, planned for the full release alongside other major additions such as the SKALA computer system, a non-operational control room, core refueling mechanics, and multiplayer interactions.
Beyond these planned additions, there are still areas we want to explore — and the community will play a meaningful role in shaping what those become. Player feedback will help us decide where to go deeper, what to add, and how to make the full release the most complete and authentic experience possible.”

This includes thermal feedback (Doppler effect), xenon poisoning, and fuel burnup, giving the reactor simulation real physical depth. Together, these systems give players an authentic, technically grounded experience of managing the reactor from day one.
The remaining two operating pults, VIUB and VIUT, along with other planned systems, will be added throughout the Early Access period.”
