“Adventure Mansion is being developed in Early Access to focus on getting the fundamentals right before expanding the scope.

Early Access allows development to concentrate on how scavenger hunts unfold, how the Host delivers challenges, and how the game feels to play cooperatively. This phase is about refining the core experience, experimenting where it makes sense, and ensuring the foundation supports the kind of adventure the game is meant to deliver.

As development continues, feedback will help guide what is expanded and what is simplified, but the priority during Early Access is clear: build a strong, enjoyable core experience before adding more.”

“The game is expected to be in Early Access until 2028-2029 depending on how much feedback is received and how much editing/adding of content is required. I currently work on the game on a part-time level as I also work a development job.”

“The full version of Adventure Mansion will grow directly out of what is proven during Early Access. While specific challenges, locations, and variations will continue to evolve, several core pillars are locked in: the game will always be adventure-first, it will always be driven by a central Host, and it is being designed primarily around a 1–4 player multiplayer experience, with support for higher player counts explored as development progresses.

Early Access is being used to refine the core loop — fast, Host-led challenges with shifting alliances, changing roles, and high-pressure decisions that build toward a single decisive end. Rather than committing early to fixed modes or rigid structures, development will focus on tuning how cooperative, competitive, and asymmetrical rounds flow together within a session, especially as player count increases.

As those foundations solidify, future updates will expand the experience with new challenges, locations, and rule variations designed to support both smaller groups and larger, more chaotic sessions. The goal is to increase scale and variety without sacrificing clarity, pacing, or player agency.

Adventure Mansion is not being built to chase trends or imitate existing games. It is being shaped into a multiplayer adventure that rewards smart choices, creates memorable moments, and remains fun and readable whether played with a few players or a full group.”

“Adventure Mansion is in active development, with work currently focused on preparing a playable demo and strengthening the game’s core systems.

Key multiplayer foundations are already in place and undergoing optimization, including player scaling, session flow, and performance. Proximity-based voice chat and speech recognition are fully integrated and in active use, forming an important part of how players communicate, coordinate, and react to fast, Host-led challenges.

Much of the game’s content is still in development, but internal testing is ongoing. Current efforts are focused on refining pacing, responsiveness, and readability across different round types to ensure the experience remains clear and engaging as player count and complexity increase.”

“I plan to gradually raise the price as I ship new content and features. Buying early gets you a cheaper price in the long run but a less developed product.”

Adventure Mansion is a multiplayer adventure where a mysterious Host drives players through a shifting mansion of fast, unpredictable challenges and choices.

Sessions unfold as a rapid series of competitive, cooperative, and asymmetrical rounds. Some challenges push the entire group toward a shared goal. Others pit players directly against each other, with changing rules that reward speed, restraint, or calculated risk.

Progress is simple and visible: win rounds to earn coins, trade coins for keys, and use a key for a single chance to unlock the correct chest and win the game.

Failure never removes players from play. Instead, it reshapes the competition, creating sudden reversals and new advantages that keep every round relevant until the end.

No two sessions play the same.
Every choice matters.
