Why Early Access?

“SAE, our survival game, is being released as Early Access to give players the opportunity to actively participate in its development and provide valuable feedback. This allows us to continuously improve the game and ensure it aligns with the community's desires. Early Access also provides the opportunity to gradually introduce new features and content, allowing players to be part of the development process. We value the support and insights of our players to make SAE a great and unique survival experience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to say exactly. But it is unlikely to be longer than half a year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will give players more opportunities to experience SAE in different ways. Care will be taken to ensure that there are no to few bugs in the full version. The full version should have a larger and more detailed map. There should also be more life in the world of SAE. For example, more sea creatures (rays, whales, crabs), but also on land (seagulls, bats). In addition, we plan to add more/new game mechanics that will incorporate a greater variety of ways to play in SAE. For example, it should be possible to specialise in cave exploration.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“In our Early Access phase, we've made significant strides in response to player feedback. We've expanded the game world, enhanced mechanics, and optimized performance. For example, SAE currently has sharks, fish and other sea creatures. There are also currently over 60 different items, from sticks to boats and dynamite. Work is currently underway to expand the currently still relatively small map by adding new islands and cave systems that harbour their very own secrets. What is also already in place is: a flawless day-night cycle, various weather phenomena and a functional building system. Your support and feedback are vital in shaping SAE into our game. Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to refine and expand the game during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“It is to be expected that the price will increase slightly after Early Access. However, not by more than 30%. In addition, it is possible that we will have to adjust the price accordingly after large, complex updates.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“During the Early Access phase of SAE, we actively engage our community through open communication, developer updates, Q&A sessions, and a dedicated feedback platform on our discord server. We value player feedback and aim to create a collaborative environment where their input helps shape the game into the best possible experience. Together, we're building an exciting and immersive survival game.”
