End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Game "SAE"

1. Subject of Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and SAE-GAMES (Intellectual property of Alexander Friedrich) (the "Company") for the use of the game "SAE" (the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

2.1. Right to Use: The Company hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game solely for personal entertainment purposes.

2.2. Restrictions: The User may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, transfer, or use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or this Agreement.

3. Ownership Rights

The Game "SAE" is the property of the Company and is protected by copyrights and other laws. The User has no rights to the intellectual property of the Game except for the usage rights granted in Section 2 of this Agreement.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

4.1. Warranty: The Game is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties.

4.2. Disclaimer of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Privacy and Data Security

The User agrees that the Company may collect and store certain information as described in the Company's privacy policy.

6. Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if the User violates the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all copies of the Game must be deleted.

7. Steam Usage Terms

The User agrees to comply with Steam's terms of service and policies (availablehere) when using the Game "SAE."

8. General Provisions

8.1. Amendments to the Agreement: The Company may amend this Agreement at any time and will notify the User of such changes through Steam or other appropriate channels.

8.2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

8.3. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company, replacing all previous agreements.
