Explore traditional Japanese cooking recipes and satisfy the needs of sushi bar enthusiasts. Learn how to prepare vinegared medium-grain white rice with raw or cooked seafood and various kinds of healthy vegetables as well as nori sheets. Discover patterns, colors, textures and flavors of beautifully assembled sets of sushi. Serve fresh, quick and seriously delicious. Don’t forget about pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce to elevate the experience!


From seasoning rice in the rice cooker to selecting the perfect filling, every step is crucial. Use specialized Japanese knives for precise fish slicing and try covering ingredients in tempura.
