“We anticipate Wildsite will be in Early Access for approximately 12 to 18 months. This timeframe allows us to implement our planned features and incorporate community feedback effectively.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“While the Early Access build is fully playable and offers a glimpse into the unforgiving world of Wildsite, our goal for the 1.0 release is to deliver a broader and more complete experience.

During Early Access, we plan to expand the world, experiment with new features, resources, and lifeforms, and test additional gameplay systems. These may include more advanced crafting and building options, expanded survival mechanics, and deeper interactions with the planet’s plasma-based systems.

The current story lays the groundwork for your survival and your relationship with Bob, your sarcastic AI companion. Over time, we hope to expand the narrative, revealing more about the world and its secrets.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At this time, Wildsite features are present and fully playable, establishing the core experience of survival and exploration.

The Early Access version provides the necessary environment to scavenge resources, begin crafting essential tools, and build a basic homestead. Allows players to familiarize themselves with the hostile plasma-filled environment and the game’s fundamental mechanics, including initial interactions with Bob, your witty AI companion.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“As the game will vastly increase in content over the course of Early Access, the full 1.0 release will come with an increase in price.

However, we value our Early Access supporters. We will clearly communicate the specifics of the price change well ahead to give players the opportunity to purchase the game at the Early Access price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community input is essential for shaping Wildsite throughout Early Access. Our main form of communication and feedback gathering will be via our Discord server. Players are encouraged to join the conversation, discuss features, and even vote on upcoming additions in a dedicated Discord channel.

Furthermore, we will post regular development updates on our website, where we will also maintain a transparent, updated roadmap outlining our progress and upcoming features. We are committed to an open development process and look forward to building this game alongside our community.”
