Miksi Early Access?

Move The Chains is an episodic visual novel. There's currently one episode completed with approximately three hours of content, depending on the speed of a players reading. Move The Chains will see a release in Early Access as soon as I feel there's enough meat on the bones to provide an enjoyable, lengthy experience to the player.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

It's hard to predict just how long it'll be in Early Access. It'll likely be in it until Season 1 is finished up. Which I hope to have done near the end of 2024 before moving onto Season 2.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Many more hours of content is the main agenda. There's also the development of in-game stats (strength, etc.) that'll carry over into future seasons, along with choices that'll shape future events.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Move The Chains currently features 58,041 words and up to 35 choices, 97 (likely lower as I double check copyright-situations with owners.) full length songs, 60 SFX tracks, 23 animations across three lewd/adult scenes + more non-adult animations, and a gallery for lewd scene replays and character CGs.

These are just current numbers. They will have likely to have grown quite a lot by the time Move The Chains sees its Early Access release.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to gradually increase the price as Move The Chains gains more content to remain competitive with games/visuals novels at a similar quality.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We've always tried to keep a very clear layer of transparency for players and supporters alike. We are as active as possible in multiple communities and try to remain as approachable as possible for players to reach out to. That applies to criticisms, compliments, and questions alike. That won't change, either. Transparency and communication are key, and in a lot of ways, players will shape a project just as much as the developer will. We aren't anything without our community.

Aikuissisällön kuvaus

Kehittäjät ovat kuvailleet sisältöä seuraavasti:

Move The Chains features graphic sexual content, optional recreational drug usage, consumption of alcohol, both graphic and implied violence, and soft racial slurs. Along with some light BDSM activity.

While not a main focus of the story, Move The Chains features realistic, non-romanticized depictions of both drug and alcohol abuse, physical abuse, trauma, bullying, vague elements of self-harm, and its effects on the people around it.

Touted as the nation's top cornerback, a five-star recruit out of Inglewood with scholarship and NIL offers from some of the top universities in the country, you finally have your goal in sight. Getting yourself and the woman who practically raised you out of the dump you called home. But the reality you worked yourself to the bone to create comes crashing down on the night of the semifinals against Mater Sei.

After nearly a year behind bars, you find yourself free once more. Knowing that no college was going to come near you, you resigned yourself to life beyond football before that gavel even came down. That is, until you run into a mysterious someone behind sunglasses - a two-time MVP on the biggest stage of them all - looking to recruit you to the Texas A&N Wolves. But before you can even get past the starting pistol, another obstacle lands right in front of you. An obstacle that forces you to take matters into your own hands.

  • 42 Animations through 3 scenes.
  • Approx. 4 hours of content.
  • A fresh, unique UI that tears itself away from the Ren'py standard.

*Please do note that there is NOT voice acting within Move The Chains. It was (currently) for the trailer only. It's an eventual goal, but only your funding can make that possible.*


Within the hurricane that is your newfound stardom. you immediately draw both ire and praise, both slander and vindication. Can you hand the temptations that come with a second chance?


The options for a star athlete are many, sometimes far too many to choose just one. Just as light comes with the dark, new faces introduce new paths and the many lives within them.


Coming from a past riddled with drugs, abuse, and violence, it's all you've ever known. It's up to you to break away from the anger and violence you've always known to be the answer, it's up to you to break the cycle of pain and hate, to be a better human than those who brought you into the world.


Do you want to train? Do you want to party? Study film? Improve your psychological and physical well-being? Train too hard and the consequences might catch you, train too little and it might bite you. The decision is yours.
