Once upon a time... Wait, this isn't a fairy tale.

Years ago in Japan, Rina dies for a ridiculous reason. As if that wasn't bad enough, she wakes up in Purgatory, USA. Not Yomi, the Japanese underworld.

The angels tell her she's got a shot at getting back to the land of the living.

“Get to the River Lethe,” they say.

Problem is, Purgatory is basically a vast wilderness. You know, it's crawling with the Seven Deadly Sins, monsters, and whatever else is out there.

Rina has to get back. She's got a date.

But… is the River Lethe really the best idea?

Inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy, Farewell To Sunshower is a horror-fantasy RPG set in Purgatory, where dying again means your soul vanishes forever. Fight, survive, and grow stronger as you press on.

𓆩⟡𓆪 Rina can find useful items to survive in this mysterious, crooked realm.

𓆩⟡𓆪 Rina may encounter horrifying and dangerous creatures as she explores.

𓆩⟡𓆪 And the Seven Deadly Sins may drop something unique and cool when they die.

𓆩⟡𓆪 Angels going through the motions. Of course, there are still passionate newcomers who do their best to manage the afterlife.

𓆩⟡𓆪 Or, if she is lucky, she may meet other wandering souls on the road, pilgrims like herself. But trying to kill them first before they try to kill her, is probably not a good idea.

𓆩⟡𓆪 And if any soul dies once more in this afterlife, that soul is gone for good.
