What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The game requires balancing of resources, missions, etc. It is hard to predict how different players will progress, how fast they will unlock things, etc.

The game has statistics sent to server (disclosed when first opened and in privacy disclosure, also possible to be disabled) that can help me with overall progression (anonymously).

Hopefully some players will be also keen to join discord and reddit, being able to provide more specific feedback on what needs improvement and what's a winner.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Depends on feedback. I would hope to release early 2027 even if some advanced mines are missing (the game can be expanded later). The goal right now is to reach "Alkali Metals" ... we can expand the game as we see fit beyond that (not sure how to expand beyond superheavies, that might be a hard limit of how much we can provide new content).”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The initial full version should have a few more missions or boons as deemed necessary for the player to reach the end game (alkali metals). Some builds might get very slow, needing "hints" to progress, so we may add mission nodes to add such hints.

We have several future ideas in mind (and feel free to send us new ones), but we want to first focus in making sure the current content can be progressed before introducing new one.

We may introduce new content if we think some players are already at that stage, but will depend on the feedback we gather during pre-release.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable from start to finish. The current version includes:

- 18 mines across 4 element families: Hydrogen, Nonmetals, Noble Gases and Halogens
- Around 200 missions in Mission Control (some are part of the tutorial)

All features listed in the "About This Game" section are already in the game.

The game is stable, and we don't expect crashes or soft locks. If anything blocks your progress (other than waiting, since it's an idle game), please let us know and we'll fix it.

We plan to add the rest of the periodic table as extra content after the full release.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is free to play and will stay free after Early Access.

Some content added later may be released as paid DLC. We haven't decided yet which content or how it will be priced. We'll announce it before any DLC is released.

We want to thank the players who support us during Early Access, so we plan to give that DLC for free to early players. We'll announce the details and any cutoff date in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want players to help shape the game during Early Access. Your feedback will directly affect:

- Balance and pacing: mine prices, upgrade costs, route speeds and how long each milestone takes
- Missions: making them clearer, fixing ones that feel too slow or confusing, and adding new ones where needed
- Bugs and quality of life: anything that blocks progress or makes the game frustrating

Our main focus during Early Access is polishing the content already in the game. We welcome suggestions for new features too. We'll collect them and consider them for updates after the full release.

You can reach us through:

- The Steam Community forums for this game
- Our Discord server and subreddit (links are on this store page and in the Community Hub inside the game)

If you're reporting a problem, go to Settings > About in the game and copy the information on that screen into your message. It helps us find and fix the issue faster.

We read all feedback and will post regular updates about what we changed based on it.”

About This Game

Mine the periodic table. Pilot your own rocket — then let your routes run themselves while you're away.

  • Fly it yourself. Lunar-lander-style flight — thrust, rotate, manage fuel, stick the landing — not just a progress bar.

  • Mine real elements. Collect atoms straight off the periodic table across mines scattered around the planet, then refine them into substances and products.

  • Periodic table. Every mine is a genuine element — atomic number, symbol, mass, and real chemical family — revealed as you discover it. Play your way into actually learning some science.

  • Build a production chain. Forge, Refine, and manufacture at your Command Centre as you unlock new buildings.

  • Automate your routes. Record a flight path once and let it fly itself while you're offline — then upgrade your rocket and fly it again to push your automated gains even higher.

  • Take on missions. Work through Mission Control's milestones to unlock new mines, features, and perks.

  • No prestige, no resets. Everything you build stays built.

  • No ads. No "premium currency" with microtransactions. Ever.

No AI Art warning: most of the art in this game was made by the developer's kids... their dad thinks it's the best but opinions may vary!
