Rage of Elements is not a PDF or accessible outside of Fantasy Grounds. It has been lovingly converted for use within Fantasy Grounds and features the following additions:

• A fully developed Reference Manual that gives greater details to the elemental planes and even adds new layers to them with two new ones
  
• A new elemental themed class for players, the Kineticist, with all the Fantasy Grounds features to make it easy to add and play
  
• New backgrounds, powers, and feats suitable for a elemental themed characters
  
• New items and magic that can be easily dropped onto a character or into a campaign, fully ready to use, including new material, relics, and legendary items
  
• New, fully automated, bestiary creatures to give new challenges to players
