The release version is planned to have:

More Cards
We will continue to add new cards including alternate arts and foil variants.

More Animations
Early access has animations for a few cards but we plan to add even more.

Reconnect Feature
If players are disconnected they will be able to reconnect into a match.

Improved UI/UX
Making big improvements on how important information is displayed so that it is easier to understand.

The current state of the Early Access allows players to:

Collect Cards
Complete quests and events to acquire coins that you can use to purchase Packs and expand your Collection!

Build Decks
Players can use the cards they acquire from purchasing Packs or that they craft using Scarp in order to build many different decks.

Quick-Play Ranked Leader-Board
Participate in rotating events on the ranked ladder that allow you to strategize and use your entire collection.

Challenge Friends
Send your friend a lobby code so that you can play private games against each other

About "MetaZoo: Cryptid Clash

Now you can play the "MetaZoo CCG," digitally, anywhere! Open packs, build spellbooks(decks), and challenge your friends around the world!

Play Matches at Any Level!

The full MetaZoo experience is available to anyone of every skill level. The in game tutorials(coming soon) and tool tips will help guide you in your journey into becoming a Master Caster!

Break the 4th Wall!

MetaZoo is a unique game where your surroundings matter! Most pages have unique Fourth Wall effects that are active depending on the environment or triggered by specific items. Such as Jack Frost costing less to play in Winter, or Quetzalcoatlus dealing more damage if you have a lightbulb! These effects will also automatically be activated in rotating pseudo formats, allowing players to utilize their entire collections!

Features

As well as in game rewards for climbing the leader boards and completing achievements, there will also be the opportunity to obtain real world rewards such as exclusive promo cards for the MetaZoo CCG!

About "MetaZoo!"


MetaZoo is a collectible card game like no other, where the world's most intriguing cryptids, known as Beasties, come to life. With an incredibly diverse collection of folklore from around the world, players will immerse themselves in an adventure filled with magic, mystery, and danger. Form contracts with powerful Beasties and enlist them to fight by your side as you journey beyond the Veil and discover the secrets of the world.
