“This story is not one that can be told quickly. Both writing the story and creating the images and animations takes a considerable amount of time and effort. Early Access allows me to get the game in front of players early, and to be able to use feedback from early players to correct issues and improve future content.”

“Unexpected Consequences is currently planned to be six chapters long, plus an epilogue. As of version 0.14, the game contains up through Chapter 3. Posing and rendering the CG stills and animations is the greatest factor in development time, but I have worked towards reducing the time taken through process improvements and updated hardware. I am currently hard at work on chapter 4 and plan to release the next major update with the full chapter 4 content by the end of October 2025. I plan to continue to accelerate my development pace and am currently targeting completion by the end of 2026. Until then, you can expect regular updates to the game with additional content.”

“The full version is planned to include the complete story of six chapters plus epilogue and I am currently plotting three or four major alternate endings along with many minor differences based on your choices.”

앞서 해보기 버전은 현재 어떤 상태인가요?

“The early Access version currently contains up to Chapter 3 part 1. This is over 134,000 words of narration and dialog, more than 8,300 3D images, and 218 animations.”

앞서 해보기 기간 전후로 게임 가격이 달라지나요?

“Once the game leaves Early Access, the price will most likely increase. There is also the possibility of the price slightly increasing at some point during Early Access as more content is added.”
