UR The Playtester

A psychological horror game where you are forced to playtest a psychopath's specially made console system and his strange games in order to survive.

Step into the shoes of Henry, a notorious game reviewer and streamer infamous for his severe indie game critiques.
One day, Henry awakens in a desolate room with an enigmatic console and an ominous note.

Key Features:



Realistic interactability with the console in the game:

-For example, to save your progress, you must insert a memory card into the console; it is the only way to save your game.

-To play a game, you need to insert a cartridge into the console slot.

-You will have to connect everything, including pairing the Wi-Fi controller.

-The console prints tokens to use in the reward machine in one of the rooms to claim rewards and useful items for survival in reality.

-The game transitions from realistic-style graphics to retro pixelated visuals when you play a game on the console.

Game Cartridges:



The cartridges feature games with various objectives, including:

-Timed challenges in medieval potion crafting and resource management, such as making a certain amount of gold, to simple horror retro gaming.

-If you lose a game, you will die in reality.

-If you win, you receive rewards that bring you closer to escaping.
