Why Early Access?

“We want to make this game more complete and varied, and in order to do that, we need feedback from the players.
In particular, there are two things that we can say are still missing.
The first is the high difficulty contents. We do not want to simply prepare difficult missions, but to create difficulty that requires players to attack each mission from each different angles. To this end, we believe that it is important to get feedback from players on how they approach each mission and what kind of impressions you have.
The second is the variety of stories that can be created in the game. We want to pack as much fiction, history, and story line into this game as possible. Therefore, we would like to receive feedback on unique coincidences you see in the game, or imaginings that would have been interesting, and make the coincidences more meaningful or add the imagines to the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect about six months to a year.
This may be extended if it takes longer than expected to correct bugs, etc.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We are planning to

Add more cards, species and civilizations,
Add endgame contents of high difficulty,
Improve the accessibility,
Improve translation accuracy,
Adjust game balance.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“There are enough Species, Civilizations, and Cards for gameplay in the current state.
So there is no problem to enjoy taking on the missions already prepared.
Based on our test play experience, it would take more than 100 hours to enjoy all the current content.”

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.”

About This Game

Mini Continental Saga is a multifaceted and mixed-up game.
The game is a biotope simulation, a micro-history game, a card game,
and a tower defense game!

The idea for this game was born as a biotope simulation game.
However, it is not interesting for ordinary humans to weave a history of the past!
In this world, not only humans,
but also slimes, elves, yeti, fishmen, and penguins have intelligence!
Even the civilization they create will not be interesting if it is ordinary!
You could have unicorns pulling chariots instead of horses,
or necromancers and mystics could have real power!
Observe a world filled with such a variety of creatures and supernatural power!

But you may not empathize with the nameless little people who walk the ground.
To avoid that, this game highlights the little people in history
who have the potential to move the times!
They have names, personalities, and intentions, and they live hard in various jobs!
Guided by a twist of fate (and you), they may live bizarre lives.

It's hard to understand what I can do in a simulation game... You don't have to worry about that!
In this game, all you have to do is choose a card, choose a place or person to use it!
Every choice you make is represented as a card,
each has its own unique effect and adds the power to the world!
But that doesn't mean you can only do simple things.
For example, you can encourage people to change jobs, heal wounds with magic power,
or take them away in a UFO and implant something in them.

The supernatural powers featured in numerous stories can be divided into three different types in this game.
Holy Power, which represents the will of nature, spirits, or heavenly forces!
Magic Power, which represents the terrifying demonic world, or the magical power that controls all things!
Cosm Power, representing contact from the outer universe or the unknown extraordinary!
The three powers are powers you use to influence the world.
You will influence people's lives and change the way they live!
Stir this world with the power of your choice!

But there are those who have their eyes on this world and want to conquer it.
They are called the "Dark Army," and they destroy the obelisks in their way and eat this world whole!
To protect this world (or for "your purpose"?),
fight the Army of Darkness with the little people who live there!

This game was designed to be easy to play and is one play to several dozen minutes long.
Over 60 missions stand in a row! (More to be added with updates)
Other game modes include the Reincarnation system that allows you to bring your friends and historical figures into this world,
the Observation Room where you can observe the species, civilizations, equipment, and beasts of prey you discover,
and Free Play where you can build your own world with no time limit.
Enjoy this world even more with a variety of game modes!
