Miksi Early Access?

We love getting feedback from players, we believe it is necessary to develop a well-balanced and enjoyable game.
"Warrior Next" was born as a free time project and soon evolved into something bigger.
We noticed that the game was getting more and more fun as the days went by so we organized a small gathering of friends to let them try the game.
Everyone had a lot of fun and this is why we thought to give you the chance to try it too at this stage.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Roughly the final version of the game will come out of Early Access after 3 years of development.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The core mechanics will be the same between early access and the final version.
We are currently planning to add new content such as new locations, new beasts and gods to fight, along with a more polished and balanced game experience.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

At the moment it is possible to try an entire level of the game.
Everything works fine and the game already has a good balance.
The level can be completed by defeating the legendary beast "Medusa".

Yes, the price of the final version will be a bit higher.

What game is it?
Many years ago, Ancient Greece.

The Persians and beasts sent by the Gods destroy entire villages and kill defenseless peasants. A handful of mighty Spartan warriors are ready to fight and stop the fierce enemies.

Warrior Next is a simple and intuitive action game with gameplay that takes seconds to figure out. Hordes of enemies will come from everywhere and you will need to level up as much as possible before going hunting for the mythological beast. Move your Spartans in 8 directions. Your attacks will be automatic so you'll only have to worry about avoiding enemies and carefully choosing which weapon and skill you want to upgrade. Be careful because once you lose all your Spartans the game is over and you will have to restart the level from the beginning!

CONTROLS:
- "WASD" to move.
- "ENTER" to confirm the selections.
- "P" to pause the game.
- "ESC" to quit.

STARTER TIPS:
- Find more Spartans as soon as possible! They have been taken prisoner, free them!

- Defeat the weakest enemies first!

- On the sides of the level there are very dangerous enemies. Leave the center part of the map when you are strong enough!
