為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Deep Space Directive is the work of a single developer and feedback is incredibly important. Some of the best ideas in past OWS games have come directly from the community during Early Access. The community can play a significant role in generating new ideas for units, upgrades, enemy behavior, economic balancing and so much more. Early Access is great way to get the community involved early and often!」

「Work is ongoing to implement and polish all of the planned features in Deep Space Directive, but that takes time. DSD will stay in Early Access until all the planned features have been added and all major bugs have been resolved. This is expected to take roughly 12 months once the intial Early Access build is released.

This is the 3rd Early Access title for OWS. Both of the previous games were in Early Access for less than 12 months.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「In the full version the complete tech tree will be unlocked with all units and resources developed and accessible. Major early access releases will be focused on unlocking additional tiers of the tech tree. There are currently 6 tiers of the tech tree, 2 were unlocked for the demo, 3 will be unlocked at the start of early access.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Deep Space Directive is playable and with features primarily lmited by the tech tree being partially locked. Many if not all of the early bugs were addressed when the demo was released prior to Steam Next Fest in October 2024. Feedback from the demo continues to be implemented. Many quality of life improvements have been added and will continue to be added.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「The price of the game may increase as features are completed and or when the game leaves Early Access. Significant updates, such as new tiers of the tech tree, will likely come with small increases in price.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「DSD has a dedicated discord server to provide opportunities to interact in real-time as well as see the latest developments of Deep Space Directive. YouTube live streams of the development will provide even more access to community feedback as well as see the process and structure of DSD.」
