«High Fructose is in Early Access because it's still finding its final form. The core combat and movement systems are playable and show real promise, but we're actively experimenting with how to surface depth, teach mechanics, refine controls, and balance moment-to-moment feel.
The current build rewards experimentation and discovery, but not everything is obvious or polished yet. Many players have found satisfying depth, but it takes patience and curiosity to uncover.
Early Access lets us evolve the game based on real player feedback: what clicks, what confuses, what excites, and what frustrates. If you're the kind of player who enjoys being part of that process, we'd love to have you. If you want a complete experience, we recommend checking back in a few months.»

High Fructose is a high-speed, semi-open roguelite FPS set in sprawling, procedurally generated battlefields. Every run drops you into a new playground built for wall-running, dashing, double-jumping, and total movement freedom. Explore, improvise, and unleash chaos with your evolving arsenal.

Play as the Fox, the first of your superpowered animal ninjas waging war against a fruit-infested world twisted by demonic corruption. Slice, smash, and blast your way through waves of cursed produce to cleanse the land.

Future updates may introduce additional playable characters (such as Elephant, Wolverine, or Monkey), new enemies, expanded recipe lists, and new environments — all subject to change based on development needs and community feedback.

Early Access means many systems are still rough. Advanced mechanics exist but aren't always obvious, controls need refinement, and onboarding is actively being improved based on your feedback.
