"What did you see there?" — the persistent voice of the military echoes in your mind, but only fragments of memories come to the surface in response. They grow darker and more sinister as you find yourself in a strange hospital where something is clearly wrong...

• Run Away is a psychological horror game where every decision could be fatal. Inner doubts become your greatest enemies, while external threats only heighten the tension. A friend you relied on hides her secrets, and a guard offering help may have his own agenda. Enemies don't always look like monsters, and allies might disappear when you need them most.

What makes the game unique:

• The atmosphere of the hospital
  Familiar corridors and wards, yet every step is shrouded in an unnatural silence. Eerie rustling behind closed doors, strange behavior from the staff... What are they trying to hide?

• Military and secrets
  From the very beginning, they ask questions but offer no answers. What do they really want?

• Challenging encounters
  The main character and his friend share a strong bond that will be put to the test within these walls. A guard who seems ready to help might not be so trustworthy after all.

• Unexplainable creatures
  The darkness comes alive, filling the corridors with the presence of beings no one talks about. You don’t know who they are, but every encounter will make your heart stop. Should you hide or try to uncover their nature?

• Exploration and hidden tasks
  Easter eggs, notes, puzzles — every piece of lore is revealed only to those who carefully explore the world. The gameplay isn’t just about survival but uncovering the truth.

• A single resolution
  The story has a defined ending, but how deeply you unravel its mysteries depends on your actions and discoveries. Are you ready to face the truth that awaits behind these walls?

About the developer:

Portal In Worlds is a project by a solo developer taking the first steps in creating unique gaming worlds. Run Away is my debut game, into which I’ve poured all my time, effort, and inspiration. Despite the terrifying setting, the game is filled with moments that make you think, smile, and even feel hope. I hope you experience this as you play.
