Provoron is a hand-drawn 2.5D adventure game about the different ways one can look at things—or choose not to look. It's about the demons in our minds and the desire to save the world. Well... or at least change it a little... or maybe it's much simpler to stop being a white crow and just blend in with the crowd?




They say that if you close your eyes and stop seeing something, then that "something" ceases to exist. And some crows, especially ones like Ankou, manage to avoid problems and obstacles this way. The only trouble is that when you close your eyes, your other senses sharpen. For example, you start hearing scary monsters. And also, if you walk with your eyes closed, you might look very silly. But appearance doesn't matter when you need to save the world, right? Besides, some real friends can only be seen and heard with closed eyes... Do you have that too?





Ankou sees all sorts of things that others don't, even when their eyes are open. Including demons that crawl so insistently into the heads of other crows and dominate there. Lately, demons have even started appearing at home, and in large numbers! So Ankou has made the strong-willed decision to run away and find a way to get rid of these devilish offspring. But they're everywhere you look: on passersby, in trees, on the road, and even in cracks in walls!




How difficult it is sometimes to make a choice. Especially when those annoying little demons are trying to confuse you. And who knows where this choice will lead? Will you rely on the advice of friends, or decide for yourself? Oh... yet another choice. There's no time to think, the world needs saving!
