Miksi Early Access?

We are a small group of 3 independent developers including Daniel Tompkins - lead singer of TesseracT. We created the game based on the concept of TesseracT's 2023 new album 'War Of Being'. As part of the bands build up to the album release we wanted the game to be 'Early Access' to support the campaign - We believe this is an innovative way to raise interest in both the bands independent game and music side-by-side. But more importantly we'd like the bands loyal followers and gamers alike to have access midway through it's development in order to make sure we make the best game possible! We are committed to release the full game in late 2024 and want gamers and fans to help in the development process by directly contributing ideas towards the game as a whole. We hope this will be a valuable and crucial part in the games development and we will gather feedback via our dedicated Discord server.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We have been working on the game since mid 2022 and we are committed to release the full game in late 2024 however, this may change depending on features added and how the game will progress through early access.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan to add a lot more content to the game. This includes more levels, inventory, elements of gameplay, lore and narrative and to incorporate the whole album into the game plus any other content we get suggested from community feedback.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current build provides players with 6 different maps within 'The Strangeland' to explore, whilst diving into the mystery of the concept. We have incorporated a number of characters and a series of narratives that run throughout. We expect to expand on the lore and narrative considerably. The Early Access version of the game focusses on finding musical stems for the bands second single, which form the whole song at the end of the game. The final version will incorporate the full album.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The price will not change during early access however we plan to raise the price upon release.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

The community will be involved in every step of development and can provide us feedback and suggestions in the Steam Discussions as well as our dedicated Discord server. Private betas for development builds will be offered and will directly influence the future of the game. We will also offer incentives for players to have certain in game mentions and rewards for providing feedback and direction for it's development.
