PHANTOM is a Slow Paced Single Player Ghost Hunting game.

GAMEPLAY LOOP:

You'll explore, and investigate Haunted, and typically Abandoned locations.

1. Identify one of 30 ghost types by using your EMF Reader, Parabolic Microphone, and UV Light.
Then you can leave, or stick around to complete the Side Investigation,
via the ghost's Age, Cause of Death, Favorite Item, and Wall Writing.

2. Level up, and use your Level Points to buy one of 15+ upgrades,
or buy new equipment, like a UV Tripod, or a Smart Watch.
or buy a new map, like the School, Arcade, or Cave.

3. Repeat

You can also play the game with no threat to you from the start.

STARTING EQUIPMENT:

• EMF Reader - See the ghost throw an item, turn on a TV, or move some furniture?
  Chances are, it left some evidence there.

• Thermometer - When a ghost is Haunting a room, the temperature may Raise, Lower,
  or in some cases even stay the same. May be useful for identifying where the ghost is.

• Camera - Useful for finding Side Evidence like Wall Writing.
  Useful for identifying the Ghost Type's Side Evidence as well.

• Parabolic Microphone - Allows you to hear many of the ghost's interactions from further away,
  as well as their Main Evidence, Like Screams or Whispers.

• Spirit Box - Useful for completing the Side Investigation,
  as well as identifying the room of a Inactive Ghost.

• UV Light - Used to spot Fingerprints, Footprints, or Claw Marks from the ghost.

• Flashlight - Lights up dark areas.

You can also purchase, or find New items to replace some of the equipment above.

LOCATIONS:

The locations in this game are inspired by Real, and Unusual places.
From more Typical locations like a House or a School,
to more unique ones like a Pirate Ship, or a Cave.

There are currently 7 locations available:
SMALL: The House, Arcade, Police Station
MEDIUM: The Diner, School
LARGE: The Ghost Ship, Cave.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

There are over 10 unique traits and abilities spread out various ghosts, like Afraid of the Dark, Shy, Fears the living.
Aggression, Temperature, and camera evidence (Shadows, Orbs, Fog) are also traits of that specific ghost type.
Traits or other unique behavior you notice can be written in that ghost type's dedicated Note in the tablet,
to be used for future investigations.

I'm a solo developer, and this is the first PC game I ever worked on.
Development started nearly 3 years ago!

This game is, and always will be: Single Player Only!
this is a slower-paced, Investigation game, and not really suited or balanced for multiplayer.

This game also uses some Lightly satirical content, like location names, and location backstories.
