Varför Early Access?

“Grifford Academy is an ambitious project from a small team, and Early Access will allow us to refine the game with direct input from our players. We want to ensure that the story, difficulty, and overall balance creates the most engaging and rewarding experience possible.

While the game will launch in Early Access, it will feature a complete story, allowing players a rich and immersive narrative from the start.

Future updates will focus on refining mechanics, polishing content, and integrating community feedback to further enhance the depth and enjoyment of the game.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“We expect Grifford Academy to be in Early Access development for approximately three to six months. Given the nature of Early Access development, we don’t have a specific end date planned at this time but will keep our community updated through Steam and Discord updates.”

“The Early Access version of Grifford Academy is planned to include all story content, allowing players to experience the full narrative experience and core gameplay. During this period, we plan to refine the game by addressing bugs, improving balance, enhancing mechanics and polishing the overall experience. We also plan to test the viability of select ideas arising from player feedback, but only in cases where we believe they will significantly improve the players' experience.

Our goal is for the 1.0 release to be as polished, engaging and immersive as possible.”

“We’ve worked hard to ensure the Early Access version of Grifford Academy offers a complete story experience with a satisfying amount of content.

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“We are planning on a discounted price during Early Access that will then increase once the game hits it’s 1.0 release. If you purchase during Early Access, you can rest easy knowing you will not need to make an additional purchase at 1.0’s release.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“We’re committed to making Grifford Academy the best coming-of-age RPG it can be, and that means working closely with our community throughout development. We will be actively monitoring feedback as we continue building and improving on every aspect of the game, implementing it where we believe it makes sense.

Our official Discord server is the best place for fluid, direct, and ongoing conversations with the development team and other players. Alternatively, we also welcome feedback on our Steam forums, where we’ll be actively gathering player insights and responding to community suggestions.

As development progresses, we plan to share regular updates, insights and patch notes detailing changes inspired by community feedback. These will be available through both Discord and Steam.
