“I want to bring the best experience out there for all of you, so this would let me explore all the possibilities of releasing a complex story and making sure in the end you'll be able to go through all the content I have planned for this game in one full, complex experience.

With 8 ACTs in total to conclude the main story of the game, plus the additional content that will include the side stories for you to explore and gather feedback from the community, thus the reason why an Early Access release.

My plan is to have at least ten hours of main story content to play through it, plus the additional side stories which will be playable from the Timeline feature.

So, along the journey and the development of the game, Shards of Her, you'll have the chance to be there at every step and milestone the game will reach, in the end, the game will not only have one developer but a community around it.”

얼마나 오래 앞서 해보기를 진행할 계획인가요?

“The game will leave Early Access once it's fully polished and all ACTs are fully playable, plus the additional content, which includes the past events, found in the Timeline menu of the game. I don't intend to keep the game in Early Access longer than necessary, so I'd say less than one year for a complete experience.

My own focus is to create an amazing experience for you and make sure at the end of the journey, you had a smooth run and explored all the paths of the game, since the game will take a few different routes, rather than being a linear experience.”

정식 버전은 앞서 해보기 버전과 어떻게 달라지나요?

“A fully playable single-player experience for you, with some additional features which will be added through the Early Access phase and based on the feedback, polished for the final release, and featuring additional content for you to explore.

Please note, that there is content that will only be released in the final version of the make, which will be once ACT 8 is released. That will mark the transition between Early Access and the full version of the game.

• TIMELINE Frame - Fully playable, explore and play the main events from the game, from their own perspective or being narrated.

Both of these features will also get updated at some point through the Early Access phase.

In the end, the game roadmap features 8 ACTs for the main story, that should give you at least ten hours of play time, including the different paths you can take along your journey.

You'll also have the opportunity to experience some of the main events that happened in the game, way before our main character came into this world. Events like the rise of the main antagonist of the game, what made her to go on that path. Who is Omikami after all, why and what made the Primordials and the gods start a war and many more.

And, in the end, for your journey to take on a different path based on what choices you made along the game.”

“At the time of release, there is ACT 1 - Awakening for you to play through, delve into the captivating story, and encounter some of the intriguing characters within the game.

CHARACTERS Menu - A place where you can see and read about the main characters from the game.
TIMELINE Frame - This is where you can check and get an idea about the timeframes of some of the important events that happened.”

앞서 해보기 기간 전후로 게임 가격이 달라지나요?

“No. I don't intend to increase the price at this point, but it might be a possibility once the Early Access is over and the transition to full version happens, based on the amount of content the game will deliver in the end.”

개발 과정에서 어떻게 커뮤니티와 소통할 계획인가요?

“Being a one-man team, I think the community plays the biggest role when it comes to feedback and suggestions.

Right now you can use the Community Hub to report any issues you encounter through the game or post your own suggestions. I'm also planning to create a Discord server as soon as possible.”
