“Early access gives us the ability to quickly get something out to the community, and to allow an early look behind the curtain on how we're developing our games, and studios.

We don't want to waste any time on forever developing something that may fizzle out before it even started, but at the same time, we're putting a lot of time, money, and effort into this so we don't any of that going to waste as well.

This way we can make our cake, eat it, AND most importantly, SHARE that biggo awesome cake with others! And if after all that consumption of sweets isn't our best, we can move on to the next one, and the next one, until we have something WE ALL love.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“As of now, Early Access will continue for at least year, and/or longer.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“As it stands, we would love to have the following for Full Version and future releases:
- Minimum 10 bosses and maps
- Multiplayer Functionality w/ more modes and ways to play
- A continuous growing roster based on community wants and designs
- Expansion to other gaming platforms for crossplay
- Expansion of lore and collaborations with other IPs

All of this can happen even quicker on how much additional support we can get!”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early Access aims to deliver the following:
- Intro to lore, Multi-Dimension locations, the Slapicans, & The Secret Slap Society
- Dynamic repeatable battles against 3 fighters
- Cosmetic items and exclusives
- Special Events”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price for the base game will not increase when we leave Early Access.
- Shop items prices can fluctuate, but will always be aimed to be purely cosmetic.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“GIVE US ALL THE FEEDBACK AND IDEAS! We want to make, what you want to see!
(And if you don't say otherwise, we'll just keep making the weird shit we want to make LOL)

This includes:
- Ways to improve gameplay and mechanics
- New characters!
- New locations!
- New cosmetics!
- New slap sounds!
- New types of music!

We're doing this because we all freakin' love games, and realized, holy shit, we love making them too. But we realize getting feedback from those who can see things from a different perspective is important. So that means, hearing what the community has to say, combining it with the skills and health of our devs, and seeing how we can all make game development better.”
