About This Game

SHOVELBOY is a retro-style platformer where you have to collect shovels in 21 pre-defined and incresingly difficult small levels. Each level contains one shovel, which allows you to dig to the next level. You get three lives at the start of each new game, which you may lose by falling into spikes, or been hit by one of the enemies. In easy mode, you can continue your run after you lost all three lives. In hard more, you have to go back to the beginning!

Main features:
- 21 predefined levels with increasing difficulty;
- Built-in timer;
- Two game modes: HARD (no continues) and EASY (continues);
- Speedrun leaderboard;
- Double jump;
- Five types of platform - solid, glass break, rectangular, vertical and horizontal movement;
- Three types of enemies - random movement, fixed shooter and player follower.
