The standard timetable for West Somerset Railway lets you experience a thrilling diesel gala; drive the iconic Class 47 and Class 09, as well as other British classics from your collection such as the Class 33, Class 52 and change gears by experiencing Tees Valley Line’s Class 101.

Go further into the past and recreate the romantic era of steam, as an all-new second timetable now brings steam gala potential to West Somerset! Owners of historical Add-Ons such as Peak Forest and West Cornwall Steam Railtour will find the line populated with powerful steam; drive the Jubilee, 8F and 4F on passenger and demonstration freight services, and of course, the World-famous Flying Scotsman also makes an appearance!

Already beautiful since its original introduction into Train Sim World, now the West Somerset Railway has been brought fully up to TSW4 standards. Packed with extra detail throughout such as rebuilt Minehead Town, Watchet Harbour and Bishops Lydeard industrial estate, water tower and train shed. Combine that with volumetric skies, lighting and fog, updated ground snow and windscreen rain effects; as well as an overhaul of foliage, it feels like a brand-new route!
