What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“There are a lot of miniature projects within this whole package, giving the feeling of playing those classic collections of minigames on old computers. Because there is so much to keep track of and do, it's important to have multiple sources of feedback for better development to hone in on the final product.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Until each of the 30 games are to a satisfactory level of completion, it could be a few months or so. It really depends on what defines a well done 'trashcan game'.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Having more than 25 fully fleshed out and highly detailed games with a pleasant level of fidelity that everyone can enjoy, including but not limited to removing as many bugs as humanly possible, adding support for multiple platforms, and so on.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state can be seen in the trailer, screenshots, and about page below.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“It will remain the same as the initial launching.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“By asking for as much feedback as possible, whether it's from reviews or discussions.”

About This Game

While it might say "Buy P.Z.L.L.G.M.E." Don't worry, it's absolutely still the Trashcan Game!

This is a compilation of many games, most of them being extremely simple and the lowest effort you would expect to get from perhaps.. a yard sale, or picking up from a 'used games' store.

Inside, there are over 25 different minigames that are all centered around very basic, quick to understand, easy to master, and most importantly.... easy to get out of. Because who can argue against a game that allows you to quit at any time? Losing or gaining game progress isn't a big deal here.

If you want something silly and timewasting to do, the Trashcan Games have you covered.

Especially silly little games that don't have anything very violent in them.
Now to move along and get to the list of games..
  • The Queue Simulator: Ever wondered what it would be like to wait in line... forever?
  • The Tribble Archive: Ever wanted to listen to a bizarre cat with colorful particle visuals responding to the sounds made?
  • Breathing Simulator: Have a little fun by raising and lowering those carbon dioxide levels and see how hard it is to keep it regulated!
  • Memory Game: Match each card with its partner to keep advancing until you can't keep up anymore!
  • Sibling Rivalry: Ever wondered what an unfair situation really feels like...
  • Aim Trainer: How fast and for how long can you click the target? Don't miss!
  • Ocean Hunter: There's some baddies on the other side of an island, knock 'em out of the water!
  • Saps and Towers: You have limited attempts to blow up all the obstacles and need to run through safely when its all done.
  • Dinosaur Papers: You got to get to Atlantis by platforming through each level! Get to hopping!
  • Hexshots: Ever wondered what the most watered down version of every RPG sort of feels like?
  • Tricks and Builders: Your time to shine, place down towers and stop the baddies from getting to the end!
  • AFK Simulator: ........... oh am I supposed to put something here?
  • The Grand Stealthers: It's your job to avoid being spotted as you make your way into a secure building, steal the gold, and run out! Hope you remember the way out!
  • Go Blocker: You have some random blocks that are given to you, assemble a shape that has enough points to win... but be careful on your decisions!
  • Counting Cogs: How far can you get without making a mistake? This game might be good for curing insomnia...
  • Blade Dodging: Ha, this game only needs arrow keys! How hard can it be- WATCH OUT!
  • Sheep Hopping: I like watching the goofy little things jump over a fence and roll away... 700 times...
  • Caveman Game: oog... booga... unk gra? Pictur.. is... tiger. Ooo ooo oo.
  • Small Word Big Feel: Smart type, not like cave man. Match the thing. Good game. Big feel. Big win!
  • Baking Simulator: Choose an imaginary food to cook, make sure to preheat the oven and take it out before it burns...
  • Digging Simulator: We're going all the way down, as far as we can go. How fast we go is up to you to match the inputs.
  • Mowing Simulator: You ever just want to watch grass disappear- watch out for the rock though! Hey! Don't break that!
  • Fireball Enjoyers Anonymous: Unreliable wizards have trouble reading the room before they blast the room into ashes. Learn how to not be like them!
  • Grand Adventure: Make your way up top, avoid being knocked down though because there's no checkpoints!
  • Forcing Perspective: How well do you know unreal engine 5's physics? Can you bounce a ball across a long distance past obstacles?
  • Sunrise Watcher: Because in some parts of the world, there's too much cloud coverage to see a good sunrise. Not in this one.
  • Tree Chopper: Make sure to hit the perfect spot for getting through a tree, it does get harder and timing is everything!
  • Medieval Weapon Cleaner: Figure out what the problem is with someone's weapon or shield and pick accordingly.
  • Cat Maintenance: This game would be impossible in real life but here you've got a good chance.
  • Destroy 'em All: What if YOU were the saucer that blew up buildings just because you could with nobody to stop you?
