Miksi Early Access?

We are a small team of developers and this is our first game. We want the feedback and support from the community to deliver the best experience that we can.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

DIESELDOME will be in early access until we are feature-complete and believe our game is polished enough.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Our first and foremost intention is to polish the existing features. After that, we want to add much more content overall.

We want to add more maps, implement a randomization system to them so that each run feels unique, leaderboards, many more playable characters, many more perks to choose from, more enemies, weapon customization, and a more diverse leveling system. If the game performs very well financially, we ultimately wish to add Co-Op.

We also need to focus on balancing a lot since we want our players to have game-breaking runs but we don't want them to actually break the game. If possible we also want to hire a more music artists to expand our unique soundtrack for the game.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current version of the game is a vertical slice that we feel is enough to provide our vision for DIESELDOME. It provides a replayable experience that can be enjoyed for many short sessions. It will have bugs and missing features but we will focus on fixing first and adding features later during our development cycle.

It has 3 characters, abilities and weapons, 60+ perks, 7 enemies with more already in the works, passive upgrades, character upgrades, skill tree unlocks, a procedural betting system, the crowd mechanic, a region capturing system and a map with 4 regions. The core of our game is here but we have so many more ideas floating around in our heads.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We really appreciate early access supporters and since they will help us in developing this game into the state it deserves, we want to give them a small discount. Since the release version will be more polished and have much more content, the price will be increased accordingly on release.

We will be involved with the community every step of the way, especially through the Steam forums, our Youtube channel, and our Discord channel.
