«We envisioned Chickenauts as a game with a strong emphasis on fun-per-minute. Easy to jump in when you want to decompress and play through one or two super intense runs - without needing to commit an entire evening. You can absolutely enjoy longer sessions of slaying mutated robo-ufo poultry, but every single run should be this juicy, bite-sized, flavour-packed experience.

And it’s fun to expand the menu, right? We believe we’ve built a solid system that allows that. We want to do it. And we want to make sure that the way we do it is tailored to our community's tastes. So if you want even more replayability with the tools that YOU want, please, do chime in!

¿Cuánto tiempo va a estar este juego en acceso anticipado aproximadamente?

«We expect Chickenauts to stay in Early Access between 6 months and a year. Of course, for how long exactly depends on the features and ideas that you and other community members may bring to the table.

We want Early Access to be the time for you to explore the game, see what feels right, and what could use some of that good, old elbow grease, and what additions to the game you’d like to see.

It’s also time for us, a time to assess all your suggestions, see what is possible and what is not, implement it, and make sure that everything added to the game is as polished as its foundations.»

¿Qué diferencias habrá entre la versión completa y la versión de acceso anticipado?

«We plan to expand the full version on the systems already in place for Early Access. Based on community feedback and playtesting, we’ll decide which areas require extra attention and care as we grow the game. We want to balance our own ideas and vision with what the community wants.

Basically, we want to add more stuff to the toolbox, so your runs are even crazier, longer, and feel even more different: more companions, more biomes, more enemies that haunt them, more weapons, and upgrades/mutations so you have even more build options!

Of course, throughout the Early Access, we’ll continue polishing the already existing game by fixing bugs, improving performance, and ensuring that everything is as smooth and responsive as you’d like it to be.»

¿Cuál es el estado actual de la versión de acceso anticipado?

«The Early Access version includes two biomes of randomly generated rooms and the item/ reward pool, one Big Boss Encounter, 4 different weapons, meta-unlocks for your character, and three different chicken companions, each of them with a unique ability. While these systems and features may change during development, they are already tested, smooth, and highly playable.»

¿El precio del juego será diferente durante y después del acceso anticipado?

«That’s correct, the game will be priced differently! If you dare to join us now, not only will you have a chance to shape the game’s direction with us, but you’ll also become a Chickenaut at a lower price than when the game’s finally fully released with full content.»

«We’re excited to hear your feedback and suggestions at all times, so we’ll be scouring Steam forums, our Discord server, social media, and - last but not least - the feedback forms you can access through the game’s menu. You can also reach out to us directly - we want our community to be as involved as possible!»
