The violence portrayed in the game is fairly tame. Visually presented violence consists of animations of one gang member attacking another with their weapon. Some action thumbnails display scenes of armed robbery. There is no blood or gore. There are verbal depictions of violence, but these aren't excessively violent, e.g., "[Lieutenant 1] attacked [Lieutenant 2] with a pistol, 1 member was killed and 2 were injured" or "Our target put up a fight and got killed".

In the game, Lieutenants controlled by the player can use substances such as alcohol, cigarettes as well as illegal drugs. No visual depictions of substance use are shown and verbal descriptions are terse such as "[Lieutenant] used Liquor, buffing Morale, but debuffing attack rating"
