「The combat system in The Way of Death needs to be faced by the community. Players' opinions are required to make a satisfying and challenging combat system.」

「The full game release is planned for 2025.」

「An early access version is planned to debut with core mechanics such as combat and death systems. When it comes to content, we are preparing some explorable environments and types of enemies. We want to polish gameplay and add more content (environment and enemies) at the launch of the full game.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The game is in early development. The main gameplay features (combat system, death system, and enemy AI) are finished but still need to be polished and faced with the community's opinion in early access. Still, we are making content like an explorable environment, enemies, story, and consumable items.」

「Currently, we don't plan to change the price.」

關於此遊戲

The Way of Death is a souls-like game set in a world inspired by feudal Japan from the Edo period. Take the challenge in the arcade sword combat system prepared for a top-down perspective. Defeat opponents and bosses, and explore full of secrets surroundings.

MAIN FEATURES

MYSTERIOUS WORLD
Walk across mysterious terrain and reveal its secrets. Perhaps, the reality is not as simple as it seems. Do not be afraid to get off the main path; maybe you will find something unexpected.

SKILFUL COMBAT SYSTEM
Your sword is the most helpful tool to survive. Learn how to use it and become a better swordsman. You will be surrounded by dangerous monsters many times. The proper tactic is required to beat them. Also, thrilling duels on swords await you. Parry all the hits and beat the enemy.

DEATH IS NOT THE OVER
Death is an inherent element of the game. When you die, you will reborn in the last hot source you visited. All enemies will revive too. Don't give up, and try again.
