Why Early Access?

“As a single indie developer, I want to share the process of creating all aspects of the game, the mechanics, the art, and the music, to inspire other indie developers. But also, I want you, the player, to be involved in shaping the outcome, to make the best game possible.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan to spend about one year fleshing out the game before the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will improve on and add variety to the existing base. The combat system will be fine tuned, and the animations improved. There will be different kinds of enemies to battle, dungeon traps to avoid, puzzles to solve, items to collect, environments to explore, and quests to complete.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“There is currently one small fully playable dungeon level with game save, enemy combat, and inventory management.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to gradually increase the price as more features and levels are added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“There will be a Steam community page, where you can give feedback and suggestions, and report bugs. I am committed to follow up on your posts. Any reported bug will be given highest priority, and will be removed in the next build (if replicable). Also, any gameplay issues will be addressed. While the focus will be on quality over quantity, I am also open to suggestions for new features and things you want to see in the game. I have been writing a blog to share with you how the game is being developed, and will continue sharing and giving updates through the Steam community page.”
