“這是一款還蠻容易上手的策略型遊戲，遊戲的目標就是滿足犯人的需求，以達到不使之作亂的目的。
在劇情模式中將循序漸進的將難度提升，除了主線任務外還有一些不一定要達成的支線任務，只要達成該關卡的所有主線任務即可通關。劇情模式其實也能夠理解為遊戲教學，一關一關的利用劇情指導玩家在遊玩此遊戲需要做到些甚麼事，遇到突發狀況時需要如何應對，如何降低犯人的不滿。所以建議遊玩時先把劇情模式通關。”
