Sorrowful Night is a 4 versus 1 multiplayer game developed using Unreal Engine 5. You can play as evil sorcerers and witches hunting terrified villagers to satisfy your hunter needs, or try to resist by embodying one of the 4 villagers capable of banishing the sorcerer or witch.

Miksi Early Access?

We have chosen to release the game in early access so that you can participate in its development. We can't wait to hear your feedback in order to create the best possible version of Sorrowful Night.
The game is currently offered in an Alpha version with incomplete content, which will allow us to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our game with your feedback.

The goal is to be able to release qualitative content updates thanks to you.

In the Early Access version, you will find all the basic features of the game. Villagers and Wizards are already playable, and all basic mechanics are present. We aim to provide you with a high-quality experience with progressive content.
You have access to an initial version of matchmaking, private parties, in-game rewards to unlock by level, 6 villagers including 2 unlockables, 2 wizards with their unique abilities, including 1 unlockable.

The final price has not been defined yet, but it will most certainly increase at the time of the game's final release.

A bit of history

For generations, a small village has been protecting a sacred book capable of defeating the witches who threaten the survival of humanity.
However, one night, a blood red moon appeared in the sky, it did not bode well...
Within an hour, the village was decimated by a witch in search of the sacred book.

Unfortunately, the guardians who knew where the book was hidden took the secret to their graves.
You and three of your neighbors are the only survivors capable of stopping this disaster by finding the sacred book.

You must be quick because the witch is also searching for it and if she manages to destroy it, humanity will be doomed to chaos...
But escaping is also an option, right?

Escape or Banish? You will have a choice


Sorrowful Night is an asymmetrical multiplayer game in 4 against 1, allowing you to take turns playing as a witch or one of the 4 villagers.
As a villager, you will have a choice:

- Try to banish the threat forever to return to your peaceful life
- Flee, because your survival is at stake, and you do not wish to risk your life any longer.

Keep in mind that if the witch survives, she will inevitably attack other villages. And imagine if she manages to destroy the sacred book?
She would become invincible!
Know that if you succeed in banishing the witch, you will be rewarded for your bravery.
