為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Unsevered is ambitious, probably more than it should be for a game of its genre and format. With four years of experience under my belt, I'm educated enough to know that getting a game like this off the ground is already a difficult enough task for an under-equipped, one-man team to pull off. Even then, no time or resource is spared when it comes to bringing my core vision to life.

A visual novel of this scope seems like a dead-on-arrival idea, and yet, years later, it's still being developed. That's because of years of dedication, perseverance, learning, and adapting, powered by and done FOR its passionate community, who have not given up on it through the many challenges and turbulences in development. Early access gives this project more room to grow in a new environment and ensures it lives up to its full potential.」

「At least another two years will be needed for the first part of the game if I'm still developing it on my own by then.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「As an appetizer, the general plan is to have new paths and gallery additions. The main course is made of new content that expands the story as much as possible through bonus chapters and an open-world mode in the second part of the game. And if you still have room for dessert, apart from the basic replayability that is to be expected of a visual novel, I also plan to add some surprise mechanics as we go. Sounds fun, doesn't it?」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「There are already many hours of content in the form of seven chapters and one linear bonus chapter that is unlocked and slightly influenced by the events of the main plot.

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「No. What you see here is the price for the first part of the game in its entirety. If part two does not require an engine change, it will also be the price for the final version of the game, with all its content and new gameplay additions.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「No version of this game can exist without the community's involvement. I intend to address everyone primarily through Steam and our official Discord server in order to collect feedback or any reports on things not thinging as they should. The community is the heart of this project and a big reason why it's endured so far. Not failing them is one of my top priorities, not only as the developer of Unsevered but as a game developer in general.」
