About This Game

Originally released in 1987 for home microcomputers, this simple twist on an arcade classic genre from British developers Gremlin Graphics saw players take on the challenge of 100 fiendish levels. Now, relive those days in this remastered emulated version.

Contains the Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum versions of the game.

Gameplay

Bounce the ball off your paddle to break bricks. Watch out for enemies, which can do anything from freezing your paddle to eating the ball! Pick up useful powerups. There are 100 levels to play through.


This enhanced version introduces a number of modern features to this retro classic, including:

  • Saving/loading the game at any point
  • Support for most modern game controllers
  • Full control remapping
  • Image scaling and smoothing options
