Introduction:

This game was created by someone with no prior game development experience. The goal was to create an ambitious RPG game set in a fictional world of swords and magic and embark on an adventure in the continent of Palembar.

Many Classes to Play:
You will explore the world and yourself during your travels. We offer over 130 classes (with 300+ in the full game) to choose from, ranging from front-line warriors to chefs or miners. Some classes have similar playing styles, while others require skills or luck that can only be discovered through exploring the continent of Palembar.

Choice Matters:
On your journey, you will encounter multiple paths and storylines to choose from. However, you must keep in mind that you are only one player in a larger conflict, and at times you may be swept away by its current. So, what choices will you make?

Available Content in Early Access:

50% of the game's storyline
130+ classes with complete skills in tiers 1-2
75% of the Palembar continent ready for exploration

Roadmap for the Game until it Leaves Early Access:

Short-Term Goals:

Weekly bug fixes and balance adjustments

Medium-Term Goals:

Monthly updates that add new classes, weapons, armor, and monsters.

Long-Term Goals:

6-10 months after release, the game will exit Early Access with the following:
All 300 classes with skills and weapons/armor
All exploration areas open
The full game story
Lots of side quests
Unique bosses and monsters
Increased flexibility and variety of options
Improved graphics and effects

200 sales: new monster art
400 sales: new monster and NPC art

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Penguinz Village, a game developer ("Licensor"), and the end user ("Licensee").

1. Grant of License:

Licensor grants Licensee a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Seed of the World ('SotW') game created with RPGMakerMV in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Usage Restrictions:

Licensee may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the SotW Game.
The license is for personal use only and does not allow for commercial use or resale.

3. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the SotW Game are owned by Licensor, except for third-party assets used under the terms of their respective licenses.

4. Termination:

Licensor may terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the SotW Game and destroy all copies in their possession.

5. Refunds:

Licensor acknowledges that, for users who acquire the SotW Game through various distribution platforms, refund requests are subject to the respective platform's refund policies and procedures. Licensee agrees to adhere to and abide by the applicable refund policies, and any refund requests must be directed to the platform in accordance with their terms. Licensor has no direct control over refund processes for transactions made through distribution platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the SotW Game.

7. Updates and Support:

Licensor may, at their discretion, provide updates or patches to the SotW Game.
Support for the SotW Game is not guaranteed, and Licensor is not obligated to provide assistance or troubleshooting.

8. User Responsibilities:

Licensee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with the SotW Game.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10. Changes to the Agreement:

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Licensee will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the SotW Game constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Third-Party Assets:

The SotW Game may include assets obtained from third parties, and their respective terms of use must be adhered to by the Licensee.
A list of third-party assets and their sources, along with links to the original terms of use, can be found in the [Appendix/Specific Section] of this Agreement.

12. Compliance with Third-Party Terms:

Licensee acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms of use provided by the creators of third-party assets included in the SotW Game.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of the license.
