Semmelweis is a narrative Point & Click video game based on the true story of the Hungarian doctor Ignace Semmelweis.

STORY :
In 1846, the young doctor joined the obstetrics department of the Vienna General Hospital (Austria). He is surprised and worried about the high mortality rate of women who give birth there. He investigated to understand the causes. Thanks to his discovery, he will directly save hundreds of lives and will revolutionize modern medicine. Beyond his discovery, his tragic fate makes his story touching and unforgettable.

GAMEPLAY :
Semmelweis is a modernised Point & Click game with a minimal interface.
The environments as well as the characters are in 3D. The player is faced with 3D pictures whose angle of view can be changed by moving the cursor (crosshairs).
The game is divided into symbolic days and nights. Each day has a precise narrative goal, the night is a dreamlike and sensory replay of events experienced during the day.
